Some of the worst legislation ever devised in American history is now being pushed to the final meeting of this legislature, which returns in mid-August, and will adjourn at the end of that month.
These measures dramatically impact the Right to Life, the nature of the family, and the definition of the human person.
AB 282 protects from prosecution those who encourage, cajole and promote SUICIDE to the emotionally vulnerable with an illness. These bills have been put off! Now in August they will be dealing with these on the floor of each chamber,EVERY legislator will be voting on them. AB 2119 and 2153 have gone through all other committees and are waiting in Appropriations, where they already have the votes to pass, and can be voted on and sent to the floor
